The Link Up Ohio: Building Relationships. Creating Momentum. Moving Our Cities Forward.
Across Ohio, there are talented people building businesses, developing communities, creating opportunities, and leading meaningful work every single day.
Entrepreneurs are launching companies. Creatives are shaping culture. Developers are reimagining neighborhoods. Nonprofit leaders are serving communities. Young professionals are looking for mentorship and connection. Experienced leaders are searching for spaces where collaboration feels authentic instead of transactional.
Yet despite all of this activity, many of the people shaping the future of our cities remain disconnected from one another.
That is why CEO 360, Inc. and COED Worldwide are launching The Link Up Ohio — a new monthly gathering designed to bring together professionals, entrepreneurs, creators, changemakers, and community builders in both Cleveland and Columbus.
But The Link Up is not another networking event.
There are no awkward sales pitches.
No performative panels.
No gatekeeping.
No pressure to impress.
Instead, The Link Up creates intentional spaces where people can have real conversations, build authentic relationships, exchange ideas, discover opportunities, and help move one another forward.
The concept is simple:
Small rooms.
Meaningful conversations.
Real relationships.
Consistent gatherings.
Each month, The Link Up will focus on a different professional community or industry including hospitality, real estate and development, healthcare, technology, media, nonprofit leadership, entrepreneurship, civic leadership, and more.
In Cleveland, The Link Up will take place every second Tuesday at MidTown Tech Hive, creating a gathering place for professionals and changemakers from across Northeast Ohio.
In Columbus, The Link Up will take place every second Wednesday at COED Worldwide, helping connect entrepreneurs, creatives, professionals, and leaders throughout Central Ohio.
The goal is bigger than hosting events.
The goal is to create a culture of connection.
At a time when many people feel isolated professionally, The Link Up is designed to help people reconnect with one another in ways that create collaboration, opportunity, and momentum.
This is especially important for younger professionals looking for guidance, emerging entrepreneurs looking for relationships, and established leaders looking for meaningful collaboration beyond traditional circles.
The Link Up is intentionally intergenerational.
It is designed to bring together people who are just beginning their journey with those who have spent decades building businesses, organizations, and impact throughout Ohio.
Because progress moves faster when knowledge, relationships, and opportunities are shared.
At its core, The Link Up is rooted in a simple belief:
The future of our cities will not be built through gatekeeping.
It will be built through connection, collaboration, shared knowledge, and collective momentum.
As Cleveland and Columbus continue to evolve, spaces that intentionally bring people together across industries and generations will become increasingly important.
The Link Up aims to become one of those spaces.
Not just another event.
Not just another room.
But a movement built around relationships, purpose, and possibility.
Real people.
Real conversations.
Real connections.
Real impact.
