WOVU 95.9 FM was an important community asset—but it was also placing a financial and operational strain on BBC. Joy Johnson was asked to find a sustainable path forward. First Class Broadcasting entered with professional media experience, programming support, digital-expansion strategies, audience-development plans and a focus on attracting underwriting revenue.
